ChemDmart Refund and Cancellation Policy

Any capitalized terms used herein but not defined shall carry the meaning assigned to them under the Terms of Use governing your use of the ChemDmart platform, including our website www.chemdmart.com and associated mobile application, if any (collectively referred to as the “Platform”). The Platform is owned and operated by Lifescience Intellipedia Pvt. Ltd.

About the Platform

ChemDmart is a B2B digital marketplace designed exclusively for the pharmaceutical and chemical industry. The Platform enables Buyers and Suppliers to connect, interact, and engage in commercial transactions involving chemical and pharma-grade products.

Please note:

• ChemDmart does not act as a buyer or seller in any transaction. The Platform solely facilitates interactions and does not participate in negotiations or agreements between Users.
• As such, ChemDmart is not a party to any contract (written or verbal) formed between Buyers and Suppliers through the Platform, including those related to the purchase, sale, delivery, or refund of products or services.

Quality, Safety & Compliance

While ChemDmart ensures that all Suppliers go through a verification and vetting process, the responsibility for the quality, safety, regulatory compliance, and availability of the products lies with the respective Sellers.

We strongly recommend that Buyers conduct due diligence prior to confirming any order, particularly for sensitive, regulated, or high-value chemical and pharma-grade materials.

Refunds & Cancellations

ChemDmart does not provide direct refund or cancellation services for transactions made through the Platform.

All terms regarding:

• 1) Product returns


• 2) Cancellations


• 3) Order modifications


• 4) Refund requests

must be mutually agreed upon between the Buyer and the Seller at the time of transaction.

ChemDmart is not liable for any financial loss, delivery delays, or quality disputes arising out of transactions conducted via the Platform.

Dispute Resolution

We understand that in the course of business, disputes may arise. While ChemDmart does not mediate or enforce contractual obligations, we encourage Buyers and Sellers to resolve issues amicably.

In cases involving:

• 1) Breach of platform usage policy


• 2) Fraudulent activity


• 3) Misrepresentation

ChemDmart reserves the right to review the matter internally and may, at its sole discretion, take appropriate action, including account suspension or permanent blacklisting.

ChemDmart is committed to creating a safe, transparent, and efficient marketplace. However, the final responsibility for each transaction lies with the parties involved. Users are advised to maintain clear communication, proper documentation, and industry-compliant practices throughout their business dealings on the Platform.
